I downloaded the latest critical and recommended updates
for XP today. Afterwards, when I click on the "Help and
Support" key in the start menu, nothing happens. When I
try to access "Help and Support" from other places, it
won't open. I've restarted several times and it's still
not responding.
I searched the Knowledge Base on the website and it
indicated that I may need to download the latest Windows
XP Service Pack 1a. I already have it installed and I am
still having this problem.
I tried to do system restore to when I didn't download
any of the updates and it didn't resolve the issue. What
should I do??
