outlook express e-mails

connection is fine...my outlook has a bug and I need to

Make sure that your send and receive paths are set properly. For instance,
some ISP's will have the same setting such as "mail.cogeco.ca.com" but
others might have: SMTP.cogeco.ca.com

Make sure you don't type "stmp" when you want "SMTP" and "net" when you want
"com"

If you can receive it is highly likely that your transmit path is not set
properly.
