I have a very similar problem. I have one update that no
matter how many times i download it and install it still
shows up on windows update as not installed. I looked
though the faq and it said to contact product support but
i cant get to it without having to pay. Rather suffer
with the problem personally then pay for support of a
problem that isnt of my doing.
