i've produced some DVD to be used in the classroom. How do i prevent it being
copied ?
is there any DVD disc that can only be used to play only once?

It's not easy. The anticopy process is more suited to production DVDs and is
expensive. Since current copy software is quite capable, and available, most
of the simpler anticopy methods no longer work. Play once will work on some
systems, but will play once on another system. Besides, this would prevent
review by a student.

There isn't any viable way that Hollywood has found, despite pouring
millions of $s into the research.
No, there is no DVD that can be played only once. If you don't want it
copies, it's time to stop distributing it.
