If possible could you please provide the exact error message you are =
getting from Windows Update. If the error message contains the name of =
any missing files, then someone may be able to help you.

Have a look in the Windows Update.log file, which you can find in your =
Windows folder. Search that file for any occurrences of 'fail' - =
without the quotes. If you find any 'fail' have a look here:
