Computer Management Event View Application Error

Hi!

I keep getting the error PerfNet in my applicztion error
records every time i boot up or reboot. There is no
information in how to repair this. If anyone has had the
same problem and has fixed it, please email me. It says:
"Unable to open the Server service. Server performance
data will not be returned. error code returned is in data
DWORD 0. Event ID 2004 Category - None.
