Boot into Bios

Dumb question, how do you boot into the bios so you can
change the order of boot sequence. I need to boot with
the cd first so I can reformatt and reload xp

Reboot your PC and then have a look at the bottom of the screen - you =
will see something like:

Press F8 to enter setup.
