Apparently not, must be a problem with your
installation. Though I do have a remedy for you.

1. Go into Tools in IE, then Internet Options, Delete
Cookies and Files, then click settings, view files and
delete everything in that folder when it comes up. (You
can leave the cookies, if you want.)

2. In the address bar of that folder, add "content.ie5"
to the end of it, and delete everything there, it wont
let you delete the index.dat file, this is ok.

3. Change between all users on your computer and do these
again.

4. Goto "C:\Windows" and delete everything in the "Temp"
and "Prefetch" folders

5. Delete everything in your "Recycle Bin"

6. Reboot.

This should take care of what your trying to do.
