the error is: unmountable_boot_volume
tried "safemode" and "last known good configuration", both
crashed.
i need to recover some important files on disk, so please
please help.

thanks will.
but i didn't do any hardware/software change. and it
was a normal shutdown before this crash.
now i just can't get control of the machine ....
