System Restore is using up too much disk space

I have a Dell 4400 Dimension with Windows XP. I've done
several system restores within the past week and I've
noticed that system restore is now using up about 13 GB of
space on the hard disk. Is there any way to dump most of
these files and free up some disk space?

Absolutely, just go to My Computer rt click on your Drive Icon select
properties>disk cleanup>more options>cleanup under System Restore.
