Wow - lots of action in this news group - everyone has new computers for
Xmas, I guess. I'm a video novice and easily stumped. I am importing home
video from a DVD recorder, and used DVDFab Decrypter and WOmble MPEG-VCR to
load the video files, edit and convert to an .mpg file. I would like to
import the mpg to Movie Maker for final edit and assembly. Error message is
"could not be imported. An interface has too many methods to fire events
from" Any thoughts?

I have the problem with Windows Movie Maker. When I open Windows Movie Maker
and click on Import Video, the system hangs up not reponse. Checking Task
Manager there's 100% of CPU usage and heavy memory usage.

Windows Movie Maker does not like MPEG files. Use third party editing
software.... Roxio's Videowave, Nero's NeroVision, PowerDirector, WinDVD
Creator etc etc
