there is a way to emty your recycle bin. click
on "start", "programs", "accessories", "system tools",
then click on "Disk Cleanup". this will take a moment to
load, and it will list all the unesesary files on your
computer, check all the boxes "on". this will also empty
the recyle bin, among other useful things will be done,
and if you have not used this "Disk Cleanup" Wizard
before, it might take awhile to finish doing all what it
does. click on "ok" to start, and be a little patient
while it cleans your computer of all the unesesary files.
and the next time you try this will be alot faster.

to be present on the desktop. (I have Norton Utilities
2003 loaded, and the icon is the "Norton Protected
Rceycle Bin.") Where is the XP recycle bin to be found?
