also...for future reference, an "empty" TIF should have 7
files and 5 folders...and any size on it will be
attributed to the size of the .dat file which is just a
list of the websites you've been to. a clean .dat file is
about 32.3 bytes big. you can delete the .dat file, it
will re-create a new clean file next time you boot up.
most of the files you'll find in there will be mostly ads
and gif's and jpegs...mostly all junk from banners and
ads...at least thats what mine collects, even after i've
deleted my files in internet explorer. for some reason,
Content.IE5 collects them. why IE6 in XP even HAS a
Content.IE5 folder hidden in it's temporary internet file,
is a mystery to me, but it's there, and it works, and i
empty it using windows explorer when i'm booted up in 98se.
