I hope someone can help with my problem. Over the last
couple of days my computer was becoming more and more
unresponsive. I tried to use the system recover feature
through the help and support menu with no improvement. I
then tried to use the restore cd's that came with the
computer. I was given 3 options one would reset windows
to default settings and repair system files (I tried this
and it didn't work) The second would reinstall windows
without formating the disk. This is the one I ended up
using. It took all of our information and put it into a
file My Old Data --03-07-18 0254pm. The problem is that
all the files on the administrator accounts are now
inaccesible! How do I retrieve these files? Why did it
only effect the administrator accounts?
