Switchin drivesf

My OS resides on drive D, and C is a small partitioned
section that I believe occured when I loaded McAffee
Visus Protection. Anyway, I cannot install any updates
because the on-line downloaded updates will only seek
drive C and I continually get a message telling me that I
need to make room on "C" for the update... I don't know
how to put the OS back on C or how to get the updates to
install to D... HELP!!!
