"Accept Button" not viewable

During the Windows Update process, the small window that
comes up and says "Do you accept the terms of the pending
agreement?" "accept button" apparently is below the edge
of the window and not accessible. Therefore, I cannot
progress beyond this point and no updates get installed.

Does anyone have a suggestion on how to reset something
to be able to use the "accept button"?
