Disk Clean up

Disk clean up works, but will not delete all the files.

The box for WebClient/Publisher Temporary Files is
checked for delete but the clean up program never deletes
them. Run the clean up program agian and there is the
WebClient/Publisher Temporary Files still there.
Currently the WebClient/Publisher Temporary Files is at
1008kb and seems to grow daily.

The box for Compress old files acts the same way. It is
stuck on 55kb, It's been that way for a long time. It was
stuck on 32kb but jumped about 2 weeks ago. I have read
about problems with clean up freezing up on the compress
old files, I don't have that issue.

I have tried cleaning out IE, cookies, files & offline
content, auto complete clear, even reset internet options
back to default. Also ran Scan disk and defrag.
Unchecked\ rechecked all the boxes in diskclean up too.
Nothing helps.
