Open Internet Explorer, go to Tools, select Internet Options, go to the
Content tab, click the AutoComplete button, under "Use AutoComplete For,
place a check next to Web Addresses and if you wish the feature to function
on forms as well, check that, then click ok, if the apply button becomes
active, click apply and ok when you close that dialogue box.
