if you have more than 1-copy on ea hdd - you
might consider using this - ie
go start/run - msconfig/
go boot.ini tab/
go - click on - check all boot paths/
you will then be prompted for deleting any duplicates -
and reply 'yes' to remove them/
note
the orig win xp useable 'copy' is in 1st partition
and take it fr there
