windows xp

Windows xp occasionally freezing up???? Also can not
download and install updates. What is the problem????
I contacted emachines...they ran me thru a series of
tests and no problems were found.....the problems I'm
having are directly related to the windows xp software...
can anyone help.....please????

problems? Which specific updates are you having a problem with - or all =
