sending the text string ".screenshots" - why does it always fail to arrive?

hi,

i understand that this was started to prevent the transfer of viruses that
used the .pif and .scr extension.

but surely this sould only apply to file transfers not everything typed into
the window? we just spent ages trying to find ways oif circumventing this
and finally found example ( . ) scr would work.

any other advice ?

I'm afraid there's nothing else you can do. Messages with the .scr string is blocked at the
server.
