Win upgrades are impossible

New Dell Inspiron 8500 with NVIDIA graphics. Running XP
Pro., IE version: 6.0.2800.1106.xpsps2.021108.1929

Unable to download MS upgrades due to the licence
agreement window being too small, the ACCEPT button is not
displayed.

Changing IE text size or display screen resolution does
not help.

When you view the License Agreement, place your cursor on the top
portion of the window, hold down your left mouse button and drag
the window upward until you see the "accept" button.

Besides the above good advice, if that doesn't work, just
click the window, hit TAB once, then press Enter. That'll
move the selection to the "Accept" button and Enter will
be like clicking it.
