Help! Spell and Grammar check won't work

I am a writer, so spelling and grammar has to be
perfect. When I click on the it's icon, I get the
message; WORKS CANNOT FINISH SPELLING AND GRAMMAR CHECK
BECAUSE AN ERROR OCCURRED. Can anyone help? IF so,
please email instructions on how I can fix this.

Go to Classic Control Panel>Add/Remove Programs and uninstall Works.
Restart your computer and then reinstall it.
