My Dell 8100 running Wndows XP has a strange problem. At
seemingly random times it can not find the printer. The
solution for the problem is go into device manager,
uninstall the LPT1 port and reinstall it through the add
hardware wizard.
Additionally I am connected to the internet through one
of my USB ports. Again, at seemingly random times it is
unable to find the internet connection. The solution for
this problem is to change usb ports. I have tried
reinstalling windows, have downloaded and installed the
latest BIOs, and don't have a clue about what to do
next. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
