How to Copy video cassete tapes to dvd

I'm hoping some one can tell me or direct me to a site so i can connect my
video machine to my pc and copy a video tape to a dvd. Any help will help,

Grab an analogue to digital converter, they're under 100 dollars these days.
Unless you have a decent high end video card (far more than a hundred bucks)
you probably have not video in port.
