Womble Trouble

I'm testing Womble MPEG-VCR 3.14 to convert imported VOB files to mpg and
edit. It keeps freezing, and not sure I really understand how to use the
program anyway - the Help is no help - so I don't think I'll keep it.

What is a better program for this kind of work?

Womble tends to be pretty good, have you tried vide redo

Otherwise apps like Uleads Videostudio9 have a pretty good mpeg editor.
