1394 problem while trying to capture a video

After SP2 i can not get video by 1394 connection. Before SP2 there were no
problem. I connect my cam by a 1395 cable to my laptop but video maker does
not recognise the device. I have downloaded and installed some patches from
microsofts hotfix pages but they also did not solved my problem.
