I have two problems, for the last couple of weeks:

1. I get this message when I try to view my MSN hotmail,
even though I the latest of Internet Explorer 6 .

2. When I try to download "Windows Update" I get this
message, I am running Microsoft Windows operating system
XP home edition.

"Thank you for your interest in Windows Update

Windows Update is the online extension of Windows that
helps you get the most out of your computer.

You must be running a Microsoft Windows operating system
in order to use Windows Update."
