Hi
I just got a new computer with Windows XP Pro. I had my
favorites from old computer on a disk and installed on my
new one. They didn't end up in the right place, and I
kept trying to put it in new places, and now they are all
over the place, but not in the
Windows System Folder where they should be. Shouldn't
they be in a Favorites Shell in Windows System??? I made
a real mess of it. I'm not real computer literate
although I can usually figure things out, so please don't
speak in too hard of a language.

Thanks.
Melissa

If this helps:-

My favourites are listed in C:\documents and settings\<my name>\favourites

Open My Computer, C drive, then Documents and settings.
You'll see probably All Users and your name
Open your named folder and you will see a Favourites folder
Place your shortcuts for favourites there.

Hope this is of some assistance to you.
