We have recently added a WebCam (Logitech Messenger), and found the enclosed
CD useless for installing it; we downloaded it directly from Logitech with
immediate success. However, when we now log-on to the internet at Start-Up,
we encounter a small window reading: "Cannot access VideoCall Service. You
may be behind a Proxy. Please see FAQ". Initially opening the WebCam file
runs o.k., but shortly afterwards the camera picture freezes. We would
appreciate any and all assistance in resolving thus issue.
