Error explanation

Would you please explain me what does it mean (I get it
with deadly blue screen of minidump before PC gone):

DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LOW_OR_EQUAL ... (approximately)

It happens when I'm online (DSL modem connection for 640
kbps)

There are no conflicts in Hardware manager.

I am about reinstalling Windows (very angry)!

Go to the Manufacturer of the Modems site and see if you can download and
install a updated driver.
