XP Pro SP1 - display/settings/crash

I'm using MS XP Pro w/SP 1.

Every time I try to access Control Panel/Display/Settings
my system crashes/restarts. All other tabs under Display
work without incident. Any solutions out there? Thanks.

You may want to try a different driver for your Video card.
