I have tried dragging and droping recycle bin into the send to folder,
it shows its there but it doesn't show up in the send to folder when you
right click. Is there something else I need to do? Thanks

Just out of curiosity, why are you trying to do that?
It's easier and less steps to just right click and choose
delete then it is to right click and say send to > recycle bin
and it accomplishes the same thing.

See if this works. Right-click Recycle bin, and select "Create a shortcut".
Then cut and paste the shortcut into "Send to..." folder. This is how I've
always added items.

Although this doesn't answer your question as stated, why not just use
Delete?

Because at times I like the little extra security of knowing it is
going into the recycle bin... Thanks
