pc stop with games,nero expres and movi maker

I have a problem when I try to burn a video using nero expres, when I am
playing any game and also with movie maker.My computer freezes after 4 or 5
minutes. Could any one give me the solution for this problem? Please if you
can, God will bless you. Thank you guys.

Does it stop and turn off or just stop?

When was the last time you..

Defragged the hard drive?
Ran a full antivirus scan with updated signatures?
Ran a full antispyware scan with updated signatures?
Ran a disk cleanup?

Opened the case and cleaned out all the dust bunnies?

Since you didn't post your machines specs, I'm assuming it's underpowered for both tasks at the same time.
