Msn Messenger not responding

hi i by mistake installed IM-NAmes a very crappy software n i some how
managed to ge rid of that , in that process i un-installed my messenger .
Now i have again installed Msn Messenger 7.5 bt the problem with it
is that i cant open it ,, it just does not respond i have re-installed it
twice bt the same problem still exists .. plzzz can some one help me
out with this

You could try removing your client cache. To do so, click Start, then Run, then type:
%appdata%\microsoft
and click OK. Then remove the MSN Messenger folder and then try again.
