Computer Freezes Up

Cindy,

I am having a freezing up problema too. What operating
system are you using?

When your computer freezes again, try this:

1. Right click My COmputer and select "Manager"
2. When the Computer Management window opens look under
System tools for Event View, then System.
3. Note the time your machine froze and see if the Event
View shows any errors at the time. Please post them here
and maybe we have the same problem.

I am using a IBM Thinkpad A31P with XP and service pack 1
and other critical updates.
