I have come across a funny scenario where on double
clicking the
internet explorer it runs in the background and does not
surface until
about 20 minutes. On disabling TCPIP it pops up instantly.
The OS is Win
XP.
Tried removing and reinstalling TCPIP but no luck.
Any fixes ???
