Windows Activation

Hi All,

After i succesfully activate my Windows XP ,evertime i try to log in it will
popup a message ask me to activate my XP but after i click "Yes" to activate
it .There is another message:"Windows is already activated. Click OK to exit"
but after i click "OK" the first message "Ask me to activate XP" show up
again.

How can i solve this problem.
