forgotten xp password reset

If all accounts have been deleted except for one user account that has admin
rights. Is there a way except for re-installing windows to retrieve the
password for windows?

I suppose you using Active@ password changer utility to reset lost or
forgotten password. This is a small yet powerful tool that can really
quickly perform the task. It did helped me before so I'm pretty sure
