The explorer shortcut defaults to exploring My Documents:

%SystemRoot%\explorer.exe

%HOMEDRIVE%%HOMEPATH%

How can I change the short cut to default to exploring 'My Computer'

Use:
explorer.exe /e, ::{20D04FE0-3AEA-1069-A2D8-08002B30309D}

Or the Winkey + E combination.
