I have a problem.
The computer has three different profiles, and in one of
them the exporer (Win+E) has no menu (File, Edit and so
on). The other two profiles doesn't have this problem.
How do I show the menu?

MVP Doug Knox has a "fix-it tool" you can download for this problem. The
tool is an EXE file that downloads as a ZIP. Unzip the downloaded file
and then double click the EXE file it contains to run the tool. Here's
