starting computer problem

hi
will somebody please help me
i'm having a problem with my computer,
there had been some storms in my area, and since then my
computer is not starting anymore, the computer is on and
the monitor too, but the monitor does not receive any
information from the computer

Have you tried to connect some other monitor?

yes i already try another monitor and it did not work
either
