When I try to start any exe, Win XP Home Ed. tells me
that the file cannot be found. I cannot use anything in
Control Panel, shortcuts, etc. The only way I can use
the computer is to either (A) open a related file to the
program I want to use or (B) right click the exe and
click "Run As" then click OK. I suspect it had to do
with a file called "unwise.exe" in my C:\windows
directory but am unsure. TIA for any suggestions!
