I have a windows xp SP2 workstation connecting to a win2k Server. I had
temporaly disabled the users login, but the system had let this person login,
but not access any network settings. I reset their user login and get this
message when trying to login to the domain. No other computer on the domain
has problems. If I login to the computer locally it can connect to the
server, but can't get any DNS no internet. The application Event Viewer for
this machine shows Userenv with ID 103, 1058, 1053. Any Ideal why this
happen and how to fix it? I have tried almost everything can think of. I
stopped and started the computer in Active Dir went through al Ip settings.
I am able to ping router. Any help would be appreciated.

I just found out the local computer under services "Net Logon" is stopped if
I try to restart it I get the error 10106 which states it can't be started.
I have looked on other workstations with the same OS and SP and it shows it
is started.
