I managed to get decent video-output on my GEforce 2 mx 400, but now i suffer
to get the playbacksoftware to hook up to it. The only way so far is to set
the tv out as primary screen. There must be some setting to let the
playbacksoftware automic use the tv out, but I have no idea. PLease help me
out

Set your primary screen to be other than your TV, then start your
player, make sure it is not in full screen mode, and you should be able
to drag the player's window to the TV. You can then maximize it if you
so desire..

Your particular graphics card has it's configuration settings
in control panel (Start/Settings/Control Panel) -
Enable "TV-Out" (S-video)
An easier and better solution is to download and install the
full version of PowerDVD, alas not freeware , but it will solve
your problem.
