Cannot start scheduler service.
When I go to control panel > scheduled tasks > advanced
and click on start sceduler, nothing happens.
When I right click on Symantec NetDetect (a previously
scheduled task) click properties, I get:
0x800413151 The task scheduler service is not running.
I cannot enable Norton Anti-virus Live Update without the
scheduler running.
What can I do?
