Window XP Uninstallation

I bought a new DELL and it came with WindowXP Home
Addition and it had a backup disk, so I installed it on
my other computer, but I didn't know that I'd have to
register it, and since it's already registered on my
DELL, I couldn't. So now it won't let me log on and I
need help on how to uninstall it so I can use Windows 98
again.
