TV Out

I can't get my TV out to work I have everything hooked up S-Video to my TV
but I can't turn on the S-Video. I have an ATI Mobility Radeon 9700. I want
to play movies on my Laptop through my TV. Please Advise. Thanks

Did you configure your graphics software to use the TV?

Right click on the desktop > Properties > Settings > Advanced, and you
should have a tab for your ATI Mobility software. If the TV is properly
connected, it should show up in the configuration screen, where you can
choose how you want the monitor and TV to behave.
