Hi all
My sister has Outlook 03 and uses MSN messenger. She set Windows messenger
never to open automatically or to log on and thus it never appeared on her
task bar or anywhere for that matter. Until last week.
She had to cancel her broadband and gone back to Dial up. And ever since,
every time she opens Outlook, Windows messenger not only opens but logs on.
And she can't exit win messenger until she closes Outlook.
Thing is, we can't find anything in Outlook OR in win messenger that show's
any link between the 2.
can anyone help as it's driving us both mad plus we're curious as to how
that happens
Thanks

Greetings,
To fix this, click the Tools menu in Outlook, then choose Options, choose the Other tab,
uncheck "Enable the Person Names Smart Tag" and click OK.

Ok Thank you. I'll get her to try that.
