Could anyone advise , as to why the Media Encoder is defaulting to NTSC, when
I have everthing set to Pal .
In an attempt to transfer/capture from a Pal camcorder , using Media
Encoder, to save a wmv file on the Pc. The "expected FPS" is displayed as
29.97, despite having the program set to Pal at 25fps. Playback is , as
expected, "Not Smooth or fluid"
Have gone through the program folder, and in settings and templates, have
set everything that will allow settings , to Pal.
Still , during the "capture video" sequence, expected fps is showing at
29.97., not 25.0fps
